The Torchmate 4800 ships as a complete unit with water table, touch-screen HMI, torch height control and a Lincoln FlexCut plasma source, and Lincoln says it can be cutting within about 30 minutes of uncrating. It uses a rack and pinion gantry on 20 mm profile linear rails, with 500 ipm traverse and 0.0015 in repeatability. The standard FlexCut 80 pierces 3/4 in mild steel, or 1 in with the optional FlexCut 125.
