Shuttle Track Two Lane Star Seal Bag On Roll Converting System
This Lung Meng line converts HDPE film into star seal bags on roll on two lanes, using a servo-driven shuttle track that seals and perforates the web while it keeps moving. It is run from a PLC touchscreen and can also make other bag-on-roll products, with a labeling machine offered as an option. It takes mother rolls up to 1,000 mm in diameter and winds finished rolls up to 130 mm in diameter.
