The morbidelli m100 is SCM's all-in-one machining centre for panels, kitchen doors, windows and other solid wood parts, and it can carry up to four machining units. It is built around the JQX direct-driven 5-axis routing head, with drilling heads using RO.AX spindles up to 8,000 rpm, a 0-90 degree blade unit and a unit for inserting dowels with glue. The aluminium multi-function table suits nesting, while the TV FLEXMATIC table option cuts set-up time on single parts and the FAST14 changer swaps tools in under 15 seconds.
