The olimpic 500 is SCM's compact automatic edgebander for small and medium-sized furniture and joinery shops, offered with pneumatic or electronic set-up. It can be fitted with an RT-V1 premilling unit and a 2-motor rounding unit that rounds corners on straight and shaped panels, and SCM's Multiedge device lets each unit switch between two radii with a dedicated tool for each. Edges are loaded automatically from outside the guard, and the machine runs Maestro active edge on a 15 in eye-S or 21 in eye-M console.
